Thank you for considering the Annunciation Mission for your next mission trip. This year alone we will need over 1,700 volunteers and raise $350,000 to continue the work in Broadmoor and other neighborhoods across the city. We ask each group to fundraise and give according to their ability. See the Coordinator Packet for the cost of staying with us. (We do have scholarships available due to the generous gifts of individuals and other groups.)
Here is everything you need to plan your trip to The Annunciation Mission. In order to secure space for you and your team, please fill out the Organization Form and email it to erin@annunciationmission.org or fax it to 504.895.8696. There is a $15 per person non-refundable registration fee due at the time of the team reservation.
Individual Volunteer Registration Forms must be mailed two weeks prior to your arrival. The forms are necessary to make room assignments. If forms are not received ahead of time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
